Springfield, Mo. - Clifford S. Brown, Thomas D. Peebles, Jr., and Jennifer K. Huckfeldt, all Shareholders of Carnahan, Evans, Cantwell & Brown, P.C. ("CECB"), were featured presenters at the Missouri Bar Annual Estate & Trust Institute held in Springfield, Missouri on September 16, 2005.

Mr. Brown was the moderator of the Institute and participated in panel presentations regarding Recent Developments in Estate & Trust Law Practice and regarding Selected Issues and Legislative Fine-Tuning with the Missouri Uniform Trust Code.

Mr. Peebles participated in presentations regarding Drafting Concerns Under the Missouri Uniform Trust Code and regarding Selected Issues and Legislative Fine-Tuning with the Missouri Uniform Trust Code.

Ms. Huckfeldt participated in a panel presentation regarding Ethics Issues for Trust & Estate Practitioners.
