Biography

Don G. Busch is Of Counsel at Carnahan, Evans, Cantwell & Brown, P.C. Mr. Busch has been actively engaged in the private practice of law since 1990, emphasizing his practice in the areas of local government law, land development and real estate, as well as the representation of Condemnors and Condemnees.

In his distinguished career, Mr. Busch was appointed Assistant City Attorney for the City of Springfield and City Prosecutor in March 1958. In 1964, he was appointed City Attorney. Mr. Busch was then appointed City Manager in October 1971. Mr. Busch served as City Manager until 1990.

Mr. Busch is admitted to practice in the U.S. District court, Western District of Missouri and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit.

Mr. Busch is a member of the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association and the Missouri Bar. He has been awarded a BV Rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
